FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where can we go on a charter?
    We offer a lot of flexibility in regards to charter destinations depending on your charter length. For longer charters, we can venture out into the gulf of Mexico outside of St. Petersburg, FL. As for shorter charters, Tampa Bay has many islands nearby for swimming as well as beautiful skyline views.
  • What add-ons are available for charters?
    We are more than happy to plan your perfect charter by adding on catering. Photography package, a private chef, or even a masseuse. Please reach out to us directly and let us know what you have in mind so we can help plan your perfect experience!
  • What does the charter price include?
    The price listed for the charter includes captain and crew as well as fuel used during the charter. The number of crew members differs depending on the size of the vessel, but you will usually have 2-4 crew members. Gratuity is not included in the price and not required but is greatly appreciated by the crew! We accept gratuity in any form that is easiest for you!
  • Can we bring food and drink on a charter?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks aboard. We can also arrange for chartering as well. However, if bringing your own provisions, please refrain from bringing red wine and chocolate onboard as they can stain the boat’s carpet.
  • Do overnight stays include charters?
    Unfortunately they do not. For an overnight stay, the vessel stays at the dock. However, we would be happy to set up a charter for you and your guests if you wish to add it to your stay!
  • Where are you located?
    Our address is 601 S. Harbour Island Blvd. Tampa, FL We are primarily located in the heart of Downtown Tampa at The Pointe Marina – Harbour Island. However, we can meet you and your group at a different destination if desired. Arrival by rideshare/drop off: Enter the main doors and proceed straight back through the building. Exit the back doors, where you will see all of the yachts down below. ‘Trigger Happy’ is in the center, ‘Reel Blonde’ is to the left and ‘Emma Grace’ is around the bend to the left. Arrival by car: Pull into the underground garage located on site. Take a ticket to enter. THIS TICKET MUST BE SHOWN TO CREW FOR VALIDATION, otherwise guests are required to pay the $5/hour parking fee. You may park in any spot in the garage. Marina is located on the garage level, you will see the openings to walk onto the docks. Please contact us with any questions.
  • Cancellations/Refunds
    Cancellations are permitted for overnight stays 7 days in advance of the booking. Charter cancellations are permitted 48 hours in advance of the booking and incur a $500 cancellation scheduling fee. If a cancellation should take place due to weather or mechanical issue, we will do our best to reschedule your trip and will issue a 100% refund if a reschedule date cannot be reached. No-shows will be charged the full price of the overnight stay or charter.
  • Do you hold a deposit for bookings?
    Yes. For all bookings we hold a $2,000 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded at the completion of your charter/stay.
  • Can we have more than 13 passengers onboard?
    No. We apologize, but the maximum allowed number of passengers is 13, as per the US Coast Guard regulations. Any charter exceeding this limit would be considered illegal and can result in serious consequences for both us and you. Safety is our top priority, and we must adhere to the regulations strictly.
